The three areas where we provide the most support to families in Bangkok are set out below. Each has been shaped around the questions we hear most often from parents thinking through their options.

Our legal services

Parental arrangement consultation

Parental Arrangement Consultation

A first meeting to talk through practical arrangements for your children following a change in family circumstances. We listen to each parent's priorities, explain the relevant legal framework in plain language, and produce a short written note of what has already been agreed and what remains to be considered.

  • Plain-language legal overview
  • Written record of agreed points
  • No pressure toward any particular outcome

5,200 THB

Child custody documentation

Child Custody Documentation Support

For parents preparing the documentary file for a formal custody arrangement. We compile household information, relevant school and medical records, statements describing each parent's current involvement, and a draft of any agreed schedule — sharing each document with you before it is forwarded.

  • Full document compilation
  • Client review before any submission
  • Language adjustments on request

8,800 THB

Custody court representation

Custody Proceedings Representation

A complete representation service for parents whose custody matter is being decided through formal proceedings. We prepare the case file, draft all written submissions, coordinate with independent reports, brief you before each hearing, and represent you directly throughout.

  • Full case file preparation
  • Written progress reports at each step
  • Strategy decisions remain with you

Families who work with us tend to notice the same things — not only in how matters resolve, but in how the process feels along the way.

How we work with families

We begin by listening

Before any advice is offered, we spend time understanding what each parent actually wants for their children — not what the law tends to produce, but what genuinely matters in this family.

Everything in writing

Meetings are followed by a written note. Documents are shared with you before they go anywhere. You always have a paper record of where things stand.

Plain language throughout

Legal documents and Thai court procedures can feel opaque. We translate both into ordinary language so you can follow what is happening and ask questions as they arise.

Decisions stay with you

We lay out the options clearly, including the trade-offs of each. The decisions about your children and your family remain yours throughout — we do not push you in any direction.

Confidential by design

What you share with us stays between us. Family matters are sensitive, and we treat everything you tell us with the care and discretion it deserves.

Rooted in Bangkok

We understand the Thai family court system, the local requirements for documentation, and the realities facing families — both Thai and international — who are working through these questions in this city.

Would it help to talk through your situation?

An initial conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We can tell you what the relevant legal framework looks like for your circumstances, and what a next step might involve — at whatever pace suits you.

Frequently asked questions

What happens in a parental arrangement consultation?
The session is a conversation, not a formal hearing. We begin by hearing from each parent — separately if that is more comfortable — about what arrangements they have in mind and what is most important to them. We then explain how Thai family law tends to treat the situation, and we close by producing a short written note recording what has been agreed and what still needs to be resolved. The note is yours to keep and to share with the other parent if you choose.
Do both parents need to attend the first meeting?
No. Many parents come alone to begin with, and some matters are handled entirely with one parent throughout. Where both parents are willing to meet together, that can sometimes move things along more quickly — but it is never a condition of engaging us.
How long does the documentation support process take?
It depends on how readily available the records are and how many rounds of review you would like. Most clients complete the process within two to four weeks. We do not move faster than you are comfortable with — each document is shared with you before it goes anywhere, and you can request changes at any point.
What if my situation changes during proceedings?
Custody matters often develop as they progress — new information emerges, circumstances shift. We communicate changes in writing at each meaningful step, and strategy decisions are reviewed with you before any action is taken. If something significant changes, we stop and discuss it before proceeding.
Are fees fixed or could they change?
The fees shown for the consultation and documentation support services are fixed. For proceedings representation, the fee of 13,800 THB covers the work described — if the scope of the matter changes significantly, we discuss any revision with you in advance and in writing before proceeding. There are no surprises added at the end.
Is what I tell you kept private?
Everything you share with us is treated as confidential. We do not share information with the other parent or with any third party without your knowledge and consent, except where we are required to do so by law. Your file is kept securely and accessed only by the people working on your matter.
