Each of our services follows the same underlying approach: we listen before we advise, we explain in plain language, and we document everything. The pace of the work is set by you, not by us. No document is submitted without your review, and no strategic decision is taken without your informed approval.
Our three services are structured so that you can begin at whichever point is appropriate for your situation. Some families begin with a consultation and find that is all they need. Others move from the consultation into documentation support, then into representation. Each service stands alone — there is no obligation to proceed further than is useful.
SERVICE 01
Parental Arrangement Consultation
A first meeting for parents who would like to talk through the practical arrangements for their children following a change in family circumstances. The session covers a careful listening to both parents' priorities where both attend, a plain-language explanation of the relevant legal framework, and a short written note recording the points already agreed and the points still to be considered.

Child Custody Documentation Support
A focused service for parents who are preparing the documentary file that will accompany a formal custody arrangement. The work covers compilation of the household information, school and medical records where relevant, statements describing each parent's current involvement, and the draft of any agreed schedule. Each document is shared with the client for review before it is forwarded.

Custody Proceedings Representation
A complete representation service for parents whose custody matter is being decided through formal proceedings. The work covers preparation of the case file, drafting of all written submissions, coordination with any independent reports requested by the court, briefing of the client in advance of each hearing, and direct representation throughout the proceedings.
